Many people are facing this problem that System process is consuming too much system resources actually this is due AVG Anti Virus
As shown above notice the process System and then notice other processes you will notice that person on left has AVG installed on it's system (Notice processes starting with avg) so if you are facing similar problems uninstall AVG. It's possible reason is a update from AVG server.
